Drag Illustrated 2011 Power Rankings

Following each of the National Hot Rod Association and American Drag Racing League series events this season, Drag Illustrated’s Wes Buck and Ian Tocher will rank the Top 10 drivers in each professional category in both sanctioning bodies.

We’re now three races into the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series 22-stop tour, and have officially witnessed the best the sport of drag racing has to offer in five professional categories – Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Car, Pro Stock, Pro Stock Motorcycle and Pro Modified. Having seen some of these competitors go at it for a second and third time, the Drag Illustrated Power Rankings are already starting to get really interesting and we’re seeing some pretty substantial moves take place.

With the American Drag Racing League season now underway, check out our ADRL Power Rankings for all five of the organization’s professional categories. While it’s relatively straightforward at the moment, it’s going to get very interested as the season progresses.
