Just like playgrounds, prisons and politics, big-league drag racing is all about the power—who has it and who doesn’t—and DragIllustrated.com is about to let everyone know on an event-by-event basis which professional drag race teams have got their “mojo” working and which are playing catch up.
Similar to the week-to-week team rankings so popular with the stick-and-ball crowds, DragIllustrated.com’s Power Rankings will be released shortly after the completion of each NHRA and ADRL national event throughout the 2011 season. All-New DragIllustrated.com Relaunched
A project nearly six months in the making has finally come to fruition as Drag Illustrated, the highly popular print publication, launched their all-new, state-of-the-art web portal last week.
Seeking to grow and expand the drag racing community, the goal for DragIllustrated.com will be to serve as an extension of the flagship monthly print publication – providing more of the bold interviews, big stories, and insightful commentary that have become DI’s trademark over the course of the last five years – all delivered with high energy, real passion, and from an in-the-trenches point of view.
DI Teams with Limbs Across America to Get Blake Robinson Back on his Feet

Blake Robinson Walks
In the months following the publication of the issue of Drag Illustrated featuring the story on Robinson’s unfortunate situation, Colleen Byers, girlfriend of DI sales team member, Will Mandell, came across the article while thumbing through the magazine. Mandell and DI National Sales Director, Scott Dohrmann, who are professional musicians, had recently played a benefit show for a mutual friend at a fundraiser for Limbs Across America just days prior.
