ADRL Tickets Available for Houston and Bristol Events
Fans can now secure their spot at the first two of 10 stops on the 2012 American Drag Racing League (ADRL) tour and the first to feature the new ADRL SuperCar Showdown.
ADRL announced Feb. 2, that tickets are now available for purchase for the first race of the 2012 season, CarSafe Dragpalooza VIII, which takes place Mar. 30-31, at Royal Purple Raceway in Houston, and the second race, the Spring Drags III, which takes place April 20-21, and marks the ADRL’s first trip to Bristol Dragway in Tennessee.
Tickets are $15 per day for adults. Children 12-under are admitted free. Parking for each event is $10 per day. A special two-day full event ticket can be purchased for $25. Additionally, a special online deal also is available for fans interested in purchasing a motorhome space for the highly-anticipated two-day events. Limited trackside motorhome spots for the weekend are available for $125, while second-row motorhome spaces can be purchased for $75.
In addition to experiencing the world’s premier eighth-mile drag racing league, all tickets include special VIP pit access, giving fans the opportunity to meet their favorite drivers and teams.
Along with the incredible side-by-side action that has made the ADRL a memorable and record-breaking league, the ADRL will have plenty of new additions for fans heading into 2012.
CarSafe Dragpalooza VIII will mark the first time the ADRL’s Summit Racing Equipment Top Sportsman and Pro Modified classes have raced at Royal Purple Raceway, while the event will also mark the debut of the new ADRL SuperCar Showdown, which has quickly drawn rave reviews from auto manufacturers, racers and fans. The ADRL SuperCar Showdown will showcase the latest factory-produced, dealership-available automobiles in all-out drag racing with no handicap starts or performance restrictions, making it a must-see class at each ADRL Tour stop.
With an expanded manufacturer midway, special exhibition jet car runs and driver autograph sessions, fans can expect maximum value from their ticket purchase.
